Accountant at Bell Partners

Bell Partners continues to grow and develop, and therefore needs to strengthen with an Accountant for the office in Karlstad.

About the Role

As an Accountant at Bell Partners, you will work alongside colleagues in the finance team in Karlstad. Your initial focus will be on managing 2 Swedish and 2 American companies. In this assignment, your main tasks will include:

• Responsible for ongoing accounting, including bookkeeping of vouchers, accounts receivable and payable, as well as reconciliations.
• Perform monthly closings in collaboration with the finance manager.
• Prepare and compile annual financial statements in accordance with applicable regulations K3.
• Manage VAT reporting, tax declarations, and other reports to authorities.
• Ensure that chart of accounts and accounting principles are followed according to good accounting practice.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting by providing relevant financial data.
• Engage in development work regarding routines, processes, and digital systems within finance.
• Provide support to other departments in financial matters and interpretation of results.
• Manage payroll in the companies.
• Maintain contact with external parties such as auditors, authorities, and banks.

Who Are You

To succeed in this role, we believe you have a few years of professional experience in accounting. Of course, you have great colleagues to discuss things with, but you need to feel confident handling tasks independently. Experience working with foreign companies and colleagues is an advantage, as is experience with Royalties.

As a person, you are helpful, unpretentious, and enjoy both teamwork and solving tasks independently. You are meticulous and structured in your work and take responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed.

Some meetings and much correspondence are conducted in English, which means you need to be proficient in both spoken and written English.
